THE BUSINESS ESTATE NOMINATED CONTRACTORS
You have found the right section to make contact with the relevant contractors that the landlord uses at Turkey Mill and who are familiar with the estate and buildings. Should you require work to be done and wish to use any of them, you should:
- Provide a detailed note of the work required by email or phone to the appropriate contractor who will confirm whether a written instruction is required.
- Indicate if you consider the issue needs urgent attention. It will normally be cheaper if you can wait a day or so in order that other work on the estate can be done at the same time.
If you have a problem you should refer to your lease to confirm responsibilities but all occupiers will be responsible for internal finishes, lights and equipment within their own office suite and for toilets and kitchen where these are exclusive use. If you require assistance on placing orders for work which are your responsibility, we reserve the right to add 15% (subject to a minimum £35.00) plus VAT to the costs incurred.
